My son has Celiac Disease and as a result we have become very good at finding safe, gluten free options for when we do eat out. We used to eat out regularly. Now we eat out more when we travel or on special occasions. But since he is still a kid there have been times that he has been invited to eat with friends or to attend parties and it is important to know how to talk to restaurant staff when you arrive. I have some reviews of restaurants that we have visited and I would like to share any information that I have so that I can hopefully help others. Also if you have any good recommendations, I would love to hear from you! This (gluten free) cafe is for everyone!
